We stand behind the quality of Papercuts products and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We take great care to create products constructed of the highest-grade materials, built by highly skilled people to exacting standards.
If you wish to return your Papercuts product for any reason, you must notify us of your intent to return the product by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery (the “Return Notification Period”). If your email is received within the Return Notification Period, we will mail a return shipping label to you. Returns must be received by Papercuts within 30 days of receipt of our return shipping label.
Return Shipping Instructions
The Papercuts product you wish to return must be shipped back to us using the return shipping label sent to you by Papercuts. This is to ensure that you are using a carrier and shipping method approved by Papercuts for safe handling of Papercuts products. The Papercuts product you are returning must be returned in its original box, with all original protective internal packaging intact, and the item must be in original condition.
Return Refund Policy
You will receive a refund in the amount equal to the purchase price of the Papercuts product you are returning (not including original shipping and handling cost), less: (1) the cost of return shipping & handling; and (2) a restocking fee for any damaged product. Original shipping and handling cost (for shipping the product to you) is non-refundable. If, for any reason, the Papercuts product you are returning is damaged, any of its parts are missing, or any of the packaging is missing, Papercuts reserves the right to deduct from your refund to reflect the replacement cost of damaged or missing parts or packaging.
